Summit Mission
NiBS’ mission is to be a force for positive change in Africa. As our world and the nature of work fundamentally change, leaders must start to engage in an interactive dialogue on Future-Ready Leadership, its meaning, nature, and best practices and consider the necessary new skills and accompanying mindset shifts. We want this Summit to be recognised as a unique way to deepen the connection between NiBS, its students and alumni, and the leadership community in Ghana and Africa.
